TIPS FOR COMPETING SAFELY: Here are some tips on how Athletes can best prepare to compete at virtual CG Games Finals:
- Start hydrating a few days before the competition. Drink plenty of water and fluids before, during, and after each event.
- Use athletic gloves at your discretion to keep hands protected while competing!
- Review the Athlete's Guide: The Athlete’s Guide contains detailed information about the event format, movement standards, and Zoom best practices. Athletes should read this guide several times to become familiar with the events and connect with another Athlete or CG Trainer with any questions. Athletes should thoroughly review the CG Games website, checklists, and all pre-competition communications to be prepared for the competition.
