Camp Gladiator is an award-winning, group fitness program. All fitness levels are welcome and you can attend any and all virtual or outdoor workouts during the four-week program from Sept 7 - Oct 3. Our Four-Week Training Cycle is designed to challenge and optimize your fitness. Each week progresses and builds on previous workouts to train your body in the most efficient way possible. No two workouts are the same and have a different focus each week: endurance, strength & agility, interval, and a peak!
