- What is the FIT test?
- The FIT Test is a sequence of five exercises: high knees (slow count), thrusters, squat jacks, sit-ups and Johnny C’s. Each exercise will be completed for one minute, running consecutively, for a total of five minutes with no rest between exercises.
- The cumulative rep count from all five exercises in five minutes is the number of reps you will record in the CG App. (Ex. 25 high knees + 15 thrusters + 25 squat jacks + 25 sit-ups + 20 Johnny C’s = 110 total reps entered into the CG App)
