• Participate, when available, in the CG FIT challenge exclusively through the CG app. After enrolling into CG FIT, you will gain access to the CG Fit portion of the app. Challenge yourself to new milestones with the CG FIT program. Schedule an appointment to test on the Inbody machine. From the home tab, enter your weight, skeletal muscle mass and body fat percentage. Visually track your results via a graph through the progress tab. Get nutrition assistance through the blog. Utilize the info tab to further clarify all things CG FIT.
