All cancellation requests must be called in and processed at least 7 days prior to your next bill date. Virtual BOLD contracts require a 30 day cancellation notice.

What if I need to cancel before I’ve met my minimum commitment?
If you have not met your minimum contract commitment, we offer early cancellation for documented medical or move scenarios.
What are acceptable documents for early cancellation?
For medical cancellation we accept documents on Doctors letterhead that states you are no longer able to continue working out with CG. We care about your privacy so specifics aren’t necessary, just a note from your Doctor. It must include a date and signature.
For move cancellation we require that your new location is at least 30 miles from the nearest CG location. We accept documents such as lease or mortgage agreements, relocation paperwork from your job or a new and current utility bill.
Does my BOLD membership auto-renew?
Yes, your membership will auto-renew on a month to month basis once your minimum commitment has been met. You will keep your low monthly rate, due date, all your check-ins, points and friend referrals!
