CG runs on a four week cycle: Endurance, Strength & Agility, Interval and Peak Week. The fifth week is Community Week, an exclusive week with a modified Camp schedule for any Campers. Community Week runs full Camp schedules on Monday - Wednesday and Saturday. There will be no Camp times on the Thursday and Friday of Community Week.
Any Campers that are enrolled in the next Camp can come to ‘preview’ Camp during Community week of the previous Camp; these check-ins will NOT count for the Camp they are registered in has not technically started, these will just be ‘preview workouts’.
