CG runs on a four week cycle: Endurance, Strength & Agility, Interval and Peak Week. The fifth week is BOLD week, an exclusive week with a modified Camp schedule for our BOLD Campers. BOLD Campers can choose between regular CG workouts or a recovery workout. Please visit our website under your city to confirm the current BOLD week schedule.
