CG has created a four week cycle to best optimize your fitness. The weeks progressand build on one another to make you better. Our program challenges your body to train at a higher level to see results faster
Camps run in a four week cycle:
- Week 1: Endurance - Full-body workouts that keep your heart rate at a steady consistent pace. This helps lays a foundation to prepare the body for the weeks ahead
- Week 2: Strength & Agility - Expect agile movements to work on coordination and muscular efficiency. This week will help you build strength in a functional way
- Week 3: Interval - Get ready for higher paced workouts with short rest periods in between. This week is all about turning up the intensity and pushing yourself to work at your maximum heart rate.
- Week 4 - Peak - Challenging workouts will push you to your highest exertion level and help you reach new peaks and fitness levels by breaking plateaus
- Week 5- Community Week - Full schedule Camps on Monday - Wednesday and Saturdays. All registered Campers and BOLD Campers can attend Community week for bonus workouts; these check-ins WILL count!
